Payment Information

Money Orders, Certified Checks, Business Checks and Wire Transfers are accepted. For other payment arrangements please call our main office.

 
Shipping Information

Orders will be shipped UPS whenever possible.
Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
Shipping charges are billed to the customer.

Return Information

Returns will only be accepted if authorized
Return authorization number must be clearly marked on any package/carton returned.
No returns will be accepted Freight Collect.
Specific shipping instructions will be given to assure you of prompt credit.
There is a 15% restocking charge for all returned merchandise.
Custom items can not be returned.

We ship only top quality products. Design & Engineering specifications are subject to change without notice.

Special Fabrication

Custom fabricated hardware, as well as docks and related specialty items. We are happy to discuss your specific needs or designs.
